GENERAL TERMS OF SALE REGISTRATION/RESERVATION : require a deposit : 25% for accommodation rental and 80€ for camping pitches. The balance is payable on arrival. The telephone option is valid 8 days. The reservation is considered effective on receipt by the customer of a written confirmation from Taxo Les Pins. Prices shown include V.A.T.(see all option details on our prices) They are established at the beginning of each year (1 rst of January). CANCELLATION POLICY : cancellation from the client involves charges depending on the cancellation date : more than 30 days before arrival : the client will be charged 122€, less than 30 days before arrival : he will be charged 25% of the total amount with a minimum of 122€.
We draw your attention on the fact that the campsite does not propose a cancellation insurance. ANIMALS : they must be vaccinated and tattooed. They must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in the playground or the pool area. The dogs type Pitbull are prohibited.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES : accommodations are available from Saturday 2 P.M. and have to be left clean Saturday before 10 A.M. RESERVATION DEPOSIT : a deposit of 155€ will be required on arrival. It will be refunded at the end of the stay after inventory, return of keys and deduction of any damage.If the accommodation is not left in good condition, the price for regular cleaning of accommodation will be 50€. If the departure control can not be made in the reception desk opening hours, the deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after departure. WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE CAMPSITE RULES. In order for everybody to enjoy their stay, please respect the privacy of your neighbours during your stay.
On arrival, we will give you individual bracelets to wear during your stay to ensure your safety and guarantee you exclusive access to pool, entertainment and sports activities.
Each bracelet is counted from the deposit. EARLY DEPARTURE : no request of refund will be accepted. Unused services are not refundable. TAXES : the tourist tax is fixed by municipality who is in the right to modify the amount. In case of dispute between the parts, the courts of Perpignan would be the only ones competent. |
